STERLING - Dixon Mayor Li Arellano Jr., who’s running for state representative in the 74th District, is having a meet-and-greet from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Smoked on Third, 14 E. Third St.

Appetizers will be served, and community members are welcome to ask questions and discuss state issues.
