The Sauk Valley administered an additional 156 coronavirus vaccine doses Friday, and 281 more people became fully vaccinated.
Whiteside County has administered 43,891 total doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, with 22,054 people (39.65%) fully vaccinated. Lee County has had 29,645 doses, with 14,989 people (43.8%) fully vaccinated. Carroll County has administered 9,508 vaccine doses, with 5,000 people (34.94%) fully vaccinated. Ogle County has had 40,875 doses, with 20,313 people (39.89%) fully vaccinated.
There have been 123,919 doses administered and 62,356 people fully vaccinated across Whiteside, Lee, Carroll and Ogle counties.
The Illinois Department of Public Health reported a total of 12,158,530 COVID-19 vaccines administered.
The state administered 50,171 shots, and 5,902,462 of the population of Illinois have been fully vaccinated, or 46.33%.
