The Sauk Valley administered an additional 445 coronavirus vaccine doses Wednesday, and 326 more people became fully vaccinated.
Whiteside County has administered 43,705 total doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, with 21,952 people (39.46%) fully vaccinated. Lee County has had 29,476 doses, with 14,869 people (43.45%) fully vaccinated. Carroll County has administered 9,487 vaccine doses, with 4,989 people (34.86%) fully vaccinated. Ogle County has had 40,754 doses, with 20,107 people (39.49%) fully vaccinated.
There have been 123,422 doses administered and 61,917 people fully vaccinated across Whiteside, Lee, Carroll and Ogle counties.
The Illinois Department of Public Health reported a total of 12,070,091 COVID-19 vaccines administered.
The state administered 52,939 shots, and 5,846,862 of the population of Illinois have been fully vaccinated, or 45.89%.
