Organizations decorate for Rock Falls’ Holiday Light Display

Decorating for the fourth annual Holiday Lights Display kicked off Saturday, Nov. 18, 2023 at Centennial Park in Rock Falls. Sponsored by Rock Falls Tourism and the Coloma Park District, the display will officially open Friday, Nov. 24.
