Dixon’s Roby gets first double-double in loss to Clippers

Isaiah Roby

Starting for the sixth time this season, Dixon native Isaiah Roby had 10 points and 10 rebounds for the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday in a 108-100 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers. It was his first double-double in the NBA.

He was 5-of-10 shooting from the field, missing both 3-pointers he attempted, and dished out three assists and grabbed a steal.

It is Oklahoma City’s fifth loss in its last six games.

The Clippers led by double digits much of the way before the Thunder got within six in the final minute, but could not erase the entire deficit.

Oklahoma City will visit Portland at 9 p.m. Monday.
