Bureau-Putnam Area Rural Transit looking for input via survey

Survey period concludes Nov. 12

To continue providing the highest quality of transportation services, Bureau-Putnam Area Rural Transit (BPART) is asking for your input via a needs survey.

Feedback is appreciated as the program continues to seek ways to enhance the services that are being offered. The survey period will conclude on Nov. 12. The survey consists of 13 brief multiple-choice questions, and there is space for any comments. The time to complete the survey is estimated to be less than 5 minutes.

“Your opinion matters,” stated Amber Biddix, director of transportation at Gateway Services. “Results from our 2018 survey concluded that riders wanted later hours and Saturday service so we were able to make those changes, thanks to your input.”

Copies of the survey are available at the BPART office located at 526 Bureau Valley Parkway in Princeton and various locations throughout Bureau and Putnam counties. Other transportation partners will also have copies as well: Gateway Services, Bureau County Senior Center, St. Margaret’s Health – Spring Valley and Putnam County Community Center. Respondents can also scan the QR code to access it or visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/F6HJVZ7.

Additionally, some BPART buses will have tablets available to use during their trips. Responses are completely confidential. Results will be tallied and provided to the public upon completion.

BPART transportation is available to the public, provided that the trip begins or ends in Bureau or Putnam County. For more information on the service or fares, visit the website at www.ridebpart.org or contact the BPART office at 877-874-8813.
