Join Raue Center for Its 6×6 Project Art Auction and Reception on June 26th!

On June 26th, Raue Center for the Arts will present the final day of its 6×6 Project online art auction, and will host the 3rd annual art exhibition and reception in its beautiful historic theater in downtown Crystal Lake. Artists and members of the public are cordially invited to attend the reception from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. to mix, mingle, enjoy tasty treats, and bid on terrific pieces of art! The auction closes at 8:00 p.m.

Raue Center’s 6×6 Project fundraiser and online art auction/exhibition is celebrating its third year of supporting the arts with art! All proceeds benefit Raue Center’s fine arts education programs, Mission Imagination and Sage Studio, which have been enriching the lives of over 20,000 children in the local community each year since 2001.

When the 6×6 Project began, artists of all ages and abilities were invited to participate by creating original works of art, in a variety of mediums (including paint, photography, and mixed media), on 6×6-inch canvases. All artwork submitted for the fundraiser is now available for viewing and bidding online at Autria.com. Bidding is simple! Visit www.auctria.events/6x6project2021, and create an account or download the free app onto your phone. Bidding begins at $35 per canvas, and a credit card must be registered on the site in order to bid. Bid on a mini-masterpiece and support the arts in your community!
