Noemi Gutierrez, 33, of the 700 block of Klaman Street, was arrested Tuesday, Dec. 21, on a McHenry County warrant for failing to appear in court on a retail theft charge.
Andrew Calderon IV, 29, of the 300 block of Marengo Road, Harvard, was arrested Wednesday, Dec. 22, on two McHenry County warrants, one tied to charges of aggravated discharge of a firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition by a felon and the other tied to failing to report address change as a sex offender.
Brandon M. Smith, 37, of the 1400 block of Northfield Court, Harvard, was charged Wednesday, Dec. 22, with violating an order of protection.
Dustin S. Wise, 35, of the 1400 block of Northfield Court, Harvard, was arrested Wednesday, Dec. 27, on a McHenry County warrant connected to a phone harassment charge.
Lake in the Hills
Mark Stoppa, 57, of the zero to 100 block of Sussex Court, Lake in the Hills, was charged Thursday, Dec. 23, with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use.
Donald D. Vucic, 36, of the 1100 block of Moonstone Run, Lake in the Hills, was charged Saturday, Dec. 25, with obstructing justice, aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked, failing to report damage to an unattended vehicle or other property and operating an uninsured vehicle.
James Schuster, 60, of the 500 block of Golf Road, Crystal Lake, was charged Tuesday, Dec. 28, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, failing to report a crash to police, and failing to reduce speed to avoid a crash.

Matthew K. Wiese, 23, of the 400 block of Washington Street, Woodstock, was charged Thursday, Dec. 23, with resisting a police officer and two counts of battery.

Luke D. Leffler, 19, of the 700 block of Clay Street, Woodstock, was charged Friday, Dec. 24, with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to reduce speed to avoid a crash.
Robert L. Jenkins Jr., 32, of the 1700 block of Knoll Avenue, McHenry, was charged Friday, Dec. 24, with possession of a controlled substance. Jenkins was also arrested on a Palatine Police Department warrant for failing to appear on another charge.
Justin J. Comins, 30, of the 400 block of West Jackson Street, Woodstock, was charged Saturday, Dec. 25, with resisting a police officer. Comins was also arrested on a McHenry County warrant for failing to appear in court.
Jordan T. Bray, 32, was charged Tuesday, Dec. 28, with illegal use of intoxicating compounds.
Phillip L. Sutton, 34, of the 700 block of Leah Lane, Woodstock, was charged Tuesday, Dec. 28, with possession of three or more lost or stolen debit or credit cards and theft of lost or mislaid property.
