A McHenry County grand jury indicted these people on the following charges:
- Jacob M. Kohl, 24, of the 700 block of Prairie View Lane, Woodstock; aggravated domestic battery, two counts of domestic battery and resisting a police officer.
- Ulises Morales-Vega, 25, of the 600 block of Lincoln Street, Harvard; aggravated assault, aggravated domestic battery and two counts of domestic battery.
- Ronak D. Patel, 38, of the 9400 block of Nicklaus Lane, Lakewood; obstructing justice.
- Brian L. Petit Jr., 39, of the 300 block of Dartmoor Drive, Crystal Lake; two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm and illegal possession of ammunition.
- David M. Couzins, 59, of the 1100 block of Ridgewood Circle, Lake in the Hills; possession of child pornography.
- Alontra E. Riley, 27, of the 2800 block of Edgewater Driver, Elgin; aggravated battery, two counts of aggravated driving under the influence, child endangerment and two counts of domestic battery.
- Juan C. Popoca, 19, of the 1400 block of Ninth Street, Harvard; aggravated use of a weapon, criminal trespass to a building, possession of a firearm without a firearm owner’s identification card, possession of ammunition and resisting a police officer.
- Alejandro Albarran-Gonzalez, 24, of the 700 block of West Burbank Street, Harvard; criminal damage to property, criminal trespass to
a residence and two counts of domestic battery. - Richard S. Harley, 33, of the 6300 block of Robert Road, Cary; three counts of aggravated driving under the influence and obstructing justice.
- Aidan M. O’Donoghue, 20, of the 700 block of Lura Lane, Marengo; aggravated battery and domestic battery.
- Evan T. Altergott, 19, of the zero to 100 block of Hollyhock Court, Lake in the Hills; knowingly being in possession of a fraudulent driver’s license, possession of a fraudulent identification card and possession of nitrous oxide.
- Mikayla R. Kulik, 19, of the 9100 block of Falcons Green Drive, Lakewood; knowingly being in possession of a fraudulent driver’s license, possession of a fraudulent identification card and possession of nitrous oxide.
- Keith E. Horvath, 44, of the 5400 block of North East River Road, Chicago; two counts each of retail theft and theft.
- Valerie L. Lindsley, 40, of the 37W100 block of Hilly Lane, Dundee; obstruction of justice and resisting a police officer.
- Ratiyondre L. Rivera, 27, of the 2900 block of Knollwood Drive, McHenry; possession of a controlled substance.
- Lewis O. Peterson, 30, of McHenry; possession of methamphetamine.
- Kevin E. Bardwell, 34, of the 300 block of West Railroad Street, Marengo; possession of a controlled substance.
