Crystal Lake

Ross W. Zapchenk, 33, of the zero to 100 block of Catherine Court, Crystal Lake, was charged Friday, April 16, with disorderly conduct.

Staci L. Pahlke-Ferguson, 56, of the 100 block of McHenry Avenue, Crystal Lake, was charged Tuesday, April 20, disorderly conduct and assault.

James V. Wiltse, 79, of the 100 block of Parkway Avenue, Lake Zurich, was charged Sunday, April 25, with criminal trespass to land.

Miguel Reyes De La Luz, 19, of the 300 block of Crystal Street, Cary, was charged Sunday, April 25, with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a breath-alcohol level greater than 0.08. and driving having never been issued a license.

Nicholas Daniel Mason, 24, of the 100 block of Weaver Drive, Cary, was charged Tuesday, April 27, with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a breath-alcohol level greater than 0.08.

Antionette Jean Valeanu, 51, of the 500 block of West Grand Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged Thursday, April 29, with retail theft valued less than $300. Valeanu was also arrested on a Kendall County and Western Springs Police Department warrant, also connected to a retail theft charged.

Bradley Alan Willenborg, 28, of 1800 block of South Route 31, McHenry, was charged Friday, April 30, with retail theft valued less than $300 and possession of a controlled substance.

Caleb Matthew Fordahl, 31, of the 8000 block of South Ingleside Avenue, Chicago, was arrested Monday, May 3, on a Cook County warrant connected to a retail theft charge.

Harvard

Isiaih Jimenez, 22, of the 100 block of Shawnee Lane, Harvard, was charged Saturday, May 22, with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, driving with any amount of marijuana or drugs, failure to reduce speed, transportation of open alcohol by the driver, failure to give information after striking an unattended vehicle, failure to report an accident and unlawful possession of marijuana by the driver.

A 17-year-old Harvard boy was charged Saturday, May 22, with aggravated battery, unlawful use of weapons, mob action and reckless conduct.

Hector Consuelos-Ramirez, 29, of the 900 block of West Roosevelt Street, Harvard, was charged Sunday, May 23, with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, and crossing a designated median.

Alek A. Montemayor, 27, of the 1300 block of Northfield Court, Harvard, was charged Sunday, May 23, with domestic battery and possession of a controlled substance.

Marengo

Kaitlynn V. Hagemeier, 29, of the 500 block of East Grant Highway, Marengo, was charged Sunday, May 23, with domestic battery resulting in bodily harm and domestic battery with physical contact.

Ryan M. McKenzie, 33, of the 900 block of Beaver Pond Drive, Marengo, was charged Tuesday, May 25, with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Melissa M. Ryan, 34, of the 200 block of North Hale Street, Marengo, was charged Tuesday, May 25, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Woodstock

Kenneth W. Weser, 49, of the 700 block of Prairie View Lane, Woodstock, was arrested Saturday, April 24, on a McHenry County warrant for failure to appear in court.

Gabriel Sanchez-Castro, 21, of the 1500 block of Royal Oak Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged Sunday, April 25, with driving without a valid license, possession of open alcohol by the driver and crossing a designated median. Sanchez-Castro was also arrested on a McHenry County warrant for failure to appear in court.
