Alek A. Montemayor, 27, of the 1200 block of Orchard Lane, Harvard, was charged Friday, May 8, with possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, possession of marijuana, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, speeding more than 35 mph over the limit, operating an uninsured vehicle, driving while license revoked and driving in the wrong lane.
James R. Doyle, 60, of the 4300 block of West Church Road, Beecher, was arrested Thursday, May 13, on a McHenry County warrant for contempt of court.

Matthew C. Szymborski, 31, of the 12700 block of Eagle Ridge Lane, Huntley was charged Saturday, May 15, with three counts of aggravated driving under the influence, aggravated fleeing and eluding, driving while license suspended, disobeying a traffic control device, illegal transportation of alcohol, parking in the roadway and rapid acceleration.
