Harvard
Corbin W. Orr, 28, of the 20600 Route 173, Harvard, was arrested Wednesday, March 3, on a McHenry County warrant for leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and failure by the driver to give information. Orr was issued a notice to appear and released.
Richard D. Warnock, 59, of the 1400 block of Northfield Court, Harvard, was charged Wednesday, March 3, with domestic battery. Warnock was taken to the McHenryCounty Jail in lieu of bond.
Sergio Fuentes-Hernandez, 19, of the 1000 block of 6th Street, Harvard, was charged Thursday, March 4, with unlawful possession of a fraudulent driver’s license and unlawful possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. Fuentes-Hernandez was also issued a citation for driving without a rear registration light, loud exhaust and operating an uninsured vehicle. Fuentes-Hernandez was taken to the McHenry County Jail in lieu of bond.
Huntley
Robert L. Wemer, 50, of the zero to 100 block of Newbury Court, Lake in the Hills, was charged Monday, March 1, with aggravated battery. Wemer was taken to the McHenry County jail to await a bond hearing.
Chad A. Harrison, 35, of the 5500 block of Alexandria Drive, Lake in the Hills, was charged Wednesday, March 3, with leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Harrison released on bond and given a notice to appear in court.
Mary K. Serzen, 45, of the 10800 block of Beachview Road, Pingree Grove, was charged Monday, March 8, with felony retail theft. Serzen was taken to the Kane County jail to await a bond hearing.
Marengo
Ryan S. Noe, 39, of the 200 block of West Prairie Street, Marengo, was charged Saturday, Feb. 27, with battery. Noe was released with a notice to appear in court.
Brian D. Nowaskey, 31, of the 600 block of North East Street, Marengo, was charged Sunday, Feb. 28, with possession of a controlled substance. Nowaskey was taken to the McHenry County Jail in lieu of bond.
Dominik L. Giera, 35, of the 22000 block of River Road, Marengo, was arrested Monday, March 1, on a warrant. Giera was released on bond.
Spring Grove
Marciano Martinez, 21, of Fox Lake, was charged Friday, Feb. 5, with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and improper lane use.
Mark Jensen, 46, of McHenry, was charged Friday, Feb. 12, with three counts driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of marijuana by a driver, possession of marijuana, and improper lane use.
Woodstock
Stephen J. Klein, 39, of the 700 block of North Madison Street, Woodstock, was arrested Friday, March 5, on a DuPage County warrant for contempt of court.
Alejandro Quintero, 19, of the 2400 block of Bridgewater Drive, Woodstock, was arrested Saturday, March 6, on a McHenry County warrant for failure to appear in court.
Valissa A. Moore, 52, of the 800 block of North Seminary Avenue, Woodstock, was charged Saturday, March 6, with aggravated battery of a police officer.
