Jesus Gonzalez-Garcia, 34, of the 200 block South Ayer Street, Harvard, was charged Saturday, Jan. 9, with driving under the influence of alcohol, transportation of open alcohol by the driver, improperly parking at a curb, opening vehicle doors unsafely, failure to wear a seatbelt, and possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the McHenry County Jail in lieu of bond.
Carlos Lopez Jr, 20, of the 1000 block of Jewett Street, Woodstock, was charged Sunday, Jan. 10, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content over 0.08, and improper parking in the roadway. He posted bond and was released.
Kelly P. Gomez, 24, of the 1000 block of Joshua Tree Lane, Harvard, was charged Monday, Jan. 11, with battery. Gomez was released on bond.

Omar Kay Bey, 28, of the 9100 block of South Richmond Street, Evergreen Park, and Latonya M. Segoviano, 45, of the 300 block of Meota Street, Park Forest, were each charged Monday, Jan. 11, with identity theft. Both were was taken to the Kane County jail to await bond hearings.
Thomas M. Toler, 24, of 2200 block of Aurora Drive, Pingree Grove, was charged Tuesday, Jan. 12, with violating of an order of protection. Toler was taken to McHenry County Jail to await a bond hearing.

Amanda M. Knutson, 36, of the 100 block of East Donovan Avenue, Woodstock, was arrested Wednesday, Jan. 6, on a warrant out of McHenry County for failure to appear in court.
