Brothers’ BBQ Food Truck unveils new design, truck wrap

‘Our authentic Chicago-style barbecue is unique to our truck, providing a spin on classic Midwestern barbecue,’ owner says

Brothers’ BBQ Food Truck’s new design and truck wrap were unveiled last month during a ribbon-cutting hosted by the Cary-Grove Area Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber said in a news release.

Jim Metallo, owner of Brothers’ BBQ Food Truck, said in the release that he takes pride in being a local and family-owned business.

“Our authentic Chicago-style barbecue is unique to our truck, providing a spin on classic Midwestern barbecue,” Metallo said. “Our meats and other menu items are of the highest quality and prepared with great care to ensure the best culinary experience for our customers.”

Brothers’ BBQ Food Truck’s meats are seasoned with a signature Bothers’ BBQ rub then slow smoked the night before each event with apple and hickory, according to the release. The company also has its own barbecue sauce served at the truck and available to buy. The menu includes pulled pork, rib tips, chicken tenders and sandwiches, along with waffle fries and cheese curds.

Brothers’ BBQ Food Truck can be found all over the northwest suburbs, from private events to public locations such as Spirit Water Brewery Distillery Taproom, 3300 Three Oaks Road in Cary, where the ribbon-cutting was held.
