Premier Commercial Realty ‘successfully navigated numerous industry cycles and changes in the commercial real estate market,’ company says

Lake in the Hills-based Premier Commercial Realty, a commercial real estate firm, marked its 30th year in business, according to a news release.

“Premier has successfully navigated numerous industry cycles and changes in the commercial real estate market over that time to achieve its current status with more than $2 billion in properties bought, sold and leased since 1991,” the company said in the release.

“Premier builds lasting relationships with investors, corporations, developers, land and business owners and tenants while strategically seeks out the competitive advantage and implements the best possible real estate solutions for clients, offering exceptional service and unmatched ability in the commercial market,” according to the release.

The company was founded in 1991 by Bruce Bossow, who is still its owner and president, when few commercial brokerages existed in the upper Fox Valley region, according to the release.

Bruce Kaplan, one of the firm’s original brokers, now works with his son Kevin Kaplan, according to the release. Joe Billitteri has been one of the company’s brokers for 20 years, while Mike Deacon, Sharon Glasshof and Brian Cowell are the most recent hires but bring with them nearly 60 years of combined experience.

Bossow’s daughters, Heide Casciaro and Heather Schweitzer, are company vice presidents, each joining the team in 2008, according to the release. Schweitzer also serves as managing broker and is one of the firm’s top producers.
