Winfrey, 52, of the 200 block of Franklin Avenue, Delevan, Wisconsin, was charged Monday, Nov. 30, with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, driving under the influence of alcohol, transportation of open alcohol by the driver, leaving the scene of an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08, driving while license suspended, and not driving on the correct side of a two-lane road. Winfrey was released on bond.

Mondragon-Cruz, 22, of the 700 block of Grant Street, Harvard, was charged Wednesday, Dec. 9, with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to report accident to police by driver, reckless driving, leaving the scene of accident involving damage to an attended vehicle, driving too fast for conditions or failure to reduce speed, operating an uninsured vehicle, failure to give information to owner after striking attended property, crossing designated median, transportation of open alcohol by the driver, driving without a license and reckless conduct. Mondragon-Cruz was released on bond.
Margaret A. Wisner, 48, of the 100 block of Shawnee Lane, Harvard, was arrested Thursday, Dec. 10, on a McHenry County warrant for aggravated domestic battery, reckless conduct and endangering the life or health of a child. Wisner was taken to the McHenry County jail in lieu of bond.
William S. Wisner, 40, of the 100 block of Shawnee Lane, Harvard, was arrested Friday, Dec. 11, on a McHenry County warrant for aggravated battery, reckless conduct and endangering the life or health of a child. Wisner was taken to the McHenry County Jail in lieu of bond.

Nicole Lauren Tarkowski-Guzman, 35, of the 900 block of Golf Course Road, Crystal Lake, was charged Tuesday, Dec. 1, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08, resisting or obstructing a police officer, disorderly conduct, reckless driving, and aggravated battery to police officer.
Keith Clayton Guminski, 46, of the 300 block of West Main Street, Cary, was charged Wednesday, Dec. 2, with two aggravated counts of driving under the influence where the driver has at least three prior DUI charges, aggravated driving under the influence where the driver has had his license suspended or revoked three times, leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage, leaving the scene of an accident where there was a death or injury, and failing to give information or render aid.
Gabriel Aaron Stanaszek, 22, of the 800 block of Buckingham Court, Crystal Lake, was arrested Saturday, Dec. 5, on an in-state bond forfeiture warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
Marc Allen Dembinski, 19, of the 1500 block of Glacier Circle, Crystal Lake, was charged Tuesday, Dec. 8, with criminal damage to property.
Christopher Byron Willroth, 33, of the 400 block of Spring Ridge Drive, Crystal Lake, was arrested Monday, Dec. 14, on an in-state bond forfeiture warrant.
Michael Steven Wood, 30, of the 400 block of Crystal Lake, was charged Tuesday, Dec. 15, with domestic battery with physical contact.
