Aubrey Dingbaum led the way for Huntley’s girls golf team on Monday at Pinecrest, delivering a medal-winning round of 36 to help defeat Prairie Ridge, 164-183.
Hallie Holmes (41), Victoria Hassels (43) and Abby Goraj (44) also posted qualifying scores for Huntley. Elizabeth Tucker led Prairie Ridge with a 40.
Burlington Central 195, Dundee-Crown 212: At Bonnie Dundee, Maya Gusciora earned medalist honors with a 42 for the Rockets in a road win.
Magen Laas was one stroke in back of the lead with a 43 for the Chargers.
Johnsburg triangular: At Chapel Hill, the Skyhawks earned a pair of wins over Marengo and Richmond-Burton at a home triangular.
The Skyhawks were led by Riley Klotz, who earned medalist honors with a 48. Johnsburg shot 213 as a team, R-B shot 224 and Marengo came in at 233.
Crystal Lake Central 199, Hampshire 227: At Randall Oaks, Delaney Medlyn and Ella Smith shot sub-50 rounds for the Tigers to lead the way to a win over the Whip-Purs.
Medlyn earned medalist honors with a 47, and Ella Smith shot 49. Addison Cleary (50) and Karolynn Maxwell (53) also qualified for CLC, while Lily Farnam was tops for the Whip-Purs at 51.
McHenry 182, Jacobs 203: At Randall Oaks, the Warriors earned a Fox Valley Conference win on the strength of a medal-winning round of 38 from Madison Donovan.
Lana Tousey led the Golden Eagles with a 43 in the loss.
Antioch quadrangular: At Spring Valley, Woodstock took first place in a four-team field thanks in a large part to a strong outing from Luke Trewyn.
Trewyn shot a team-best 38 in the victory, while Frank Ferru (40), Sam Berry (41) and Brady Heeran (44) also posted qualifying scores.
Woodstock 2, Richmond-Burton 0: At Richmond, the Blue Streaks improved to 5-3-1 overall and 3-1 in Kishwaukee River Conference play with a shutout.
Huntley 7, McHenry 0: At McHenry, the Red Raiders improved to 3-0 in the FVC with a clean sweep of the Warriors.
Ruhi Gulati at No. 1 singles, Kylie Pommasack and Dyllan Cash at No. 1 doubles and Kate Burkey and Emily Chong at No. 2 doubles all had 6-0, 6-0 wins for Huntley in the rout.
Woodstock 6, Wauconda 1: At Wauconda, the Blue Streaks had a comfortable victory.
Johnsburg 5, Marengo 2: At Johnsburg, the Skyhawks swept all three things matches behind Gracie Cittadino, Isabelle Rodrigue and Emmy Lewis. Johnsburg also received doubles wins from Caitlin Plebbe and Kyra Sherman along with Melissa Campbell and Aidan Rowe.
Marengo picked up doubles wins from Noelle Haas and Ashtyn Martin and Jaelynn Lambert and Summer Kunzer.
Belvidere North 4, Marian Central 2: At Belvidere, a pair of wins in singles play weren’t enough for the Hurricanes.
Kaitlin Remke and Madison Kenyon were bright spots for Marian, earning wins at No. 1 and No. 2 singles, respectively.
Crystal Lake Central 4, Jacobs 3: At Crystal Lake, the Tigers improved to 10-2 on the season with a win over the Golden Eagles.
