Huntley boys lacrosse dominated on both ends of the field in its 19-3 sectional quarterfinal win over Crystal Lake South on Tuesday in Huntley.
The victory advances the Red Raiders to Wednesday’s sectional semifinal against Barrington.

Harlem 11, McHenry 0: At Machesney Park, the Warriors’ season came to a close in a five-inning rout in the Class 4A Huntley Sectional semifinals.
Riverdale 6, Johnsburg 4: At Port Byron, the Skyhawks managed four runs despite striking out 16 times in a season-ending loss in the Class 2A Oregon Sectional semifinals.
Oregon 4, Richmond-Burton 3: At Richmond, a dramatic Rockets comeback was made irrelevant in the end by a go-ahead Oregon run in the top of the seventh inning that ended R-B’s season in the Class 2A Oregon Sectional semis.
Lyndsay Regnier was 3 for 4 with an RBI in the loss for the Rockets, and Carys De Lucia hit a solo home run.
GIRLS SOCCER
Richmond-Burton 7, Willows Academy 0: At Richmond, the Rockets picked up a commanding postseason victory in the Class 1A Regina Dominican Sectional semifinals.
R-B will take on Regina Dominican with a sectional championship title on the line Friday in Wilmette.
Regina Dominican 1, Marian Central 0: At Niles, the Hurricanes were unable to get on the scoreboard in a season-ending loss in the Class 1A Regina Dominican Sectional semis.
Deerfield 2, Prairie Ridge 1: At Crystal Lake, the Wolves’ season came to an end at home in a Class 2A Sectional semifinal loss to Deerfield.

Conant 24, Hampshire 0: At Hoffman Estates, the Whip-Purs lost to Conant in a sectional quarterfinal.
Crystal Lake Central 7, Hoffman Estates 4: At Crystal Lake, the Tigers kept their season alive with a win over Hoffman Estates in the sectional quarterfinals.
The victory advances Central to Wednesday’s sectional semifinals, where the Tigers will take on Conant in Hoffman Estates.
