Mendota High School, Anytime Fitness raise money for Jackson Carr

Students raised $2,000 performing jumping jacks and jumping rope

Mendota High School students raised $2,000 to assist Jackson Carr, who was diagnosed with leukemia several months ago, by performing jumping jacks or jumping rope for 40 minutes during their weight room class.

The Jumping for Jackson fundraiser was in coordination with Anytime Fitness of Mendota.

Mendota High School collaborated with Kelly Champlin from Anytime Fitness in Mendota to conduct a fundraiser at the high school, as well as at Anytime Fitness.

Jamie Dooley, Reanna Brant and Cody Chase collected the most donations.
