Somonauk man charged with possession of child pornography

A 22-year-old Somonauk man was arrested Wednesday morning following an investigation into child pornography.

Louis D. Salinas, of 580 Holiday Drive, Somonauk, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of child pornography. He is being held at the La Salle County Jail with bond set at $100,000, needing 10% for release.

La Salle County investigators said they executed a search warrant with the assistance of the Illinois Attorney General’s Office (High Tech Crimes Bureau).
