St. Bede’s Paul Hart named IBCA Class 1A Second-Team All-State

St. Bede senior Paul Hart was voted Illinois Basketball Coaches Association Class 1A Second-Team All-State.

Hart averaged 27 points, 12.5 rebounds and two assists a game.

In Class 2A, Princeton junior Grady Thompson was voted third-team all-state, while Bureau Valley senior Carter Salisbury was named special mention all-state.

Thompson averaged 19.8 points, 6.9 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.3 steals to help the Tigers to a regional title, while Salisbury averaged 22.9 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 2.6 steals a game.
