Dorian C. James, 45, of Streator (also listed in Ottawa) was charged with DUI, no valid driver’s license, no insurance and criminal trespass to state-supported land following a single-vehicle accident at 5:05 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Bellevue Avenue, Ottawa police said.

Kashia L. Byrd, 32, of La Salle was picked up on a Will County warrant for failure to appear at 12:15 a.m. Wednesday at Shooting Park Road and Pine Street, Peru police said.

Tyler J. Briddick, 23, of Peru was picked up on a Kane County warrant for failure to appear (criminal trespass to a residence) at 9:22 p.m. Tuesday at 14th and Walnut streets, Peru police said.

Jack H. Wessels, 22, of Tonica was charged with driving while suspended at 5:44 p.m. Tuesday on Route 251 and Midtown Road, Peru police said.

Eulogia V. Perez Morales, 20, of Peru was picked up on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear (driving while suspended) and cited under the Peru City ordinance for disorderly conduct at 2 a.m. Monday at her place of residence, Peru police said.

State police released the results of special enforcement patrols conducted recently in La Salle County. A nighttime enforcement patrol resulted in four arrests for alcohol and/or drug offenses plus 33 citations and 26 written warnings. A seat belt patrol yielded 18 citations and 27 written warnings.

Logan Mann, 24, of Streator was charged with driving while suspended at 2:28 p.m. Wednesday at East Bridge and Shabbona streets, Streator police said.

Rachel Griggs, 35, of Streator was charged with aggravated battery to a police officer, for allegedly pushing and grabbing an officer in the chest, at 2:23 a.m. Wednesday in her residence, Streator police said.
