Jose L. Torres, 25, of La Salle, was arrested 11:51 p.m. Saturday at 1805 Fourth St. on complaints of criminal trespass to real property and resisting, obstructing and trying to disarm an officer, Peru police said. Torres was taken to the La Salle County Jail.
James Wolkow, 49, Ottawa, was arrested 2:34 p.m. Friday on 1400 block of U.S. 6 on a complaint of domestic battery, the La Salle County Sheriff’s Office said. Wolkow was taken to OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Ottawa for evaluation, then transferred to La Salle County Jail.
A 14-year-old was cited 11:05 p.m. Friday, at unreported location, on a complaint of violation of a court oder, the teenager was taken to the La Salle County Juvenile Detention Center.

Hall, 32, of Sterling, was arrested 6:34 p.m. April 23 at Route 40 and U.S. 6 in Sheffield on complaints of DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, possession of adult-use marijuana in a vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and operation of a vehicle with expired registration, the Bureau County Sheriff’s Office said.
