A Marseilles man was indicted Tuesday on allegations he fired a gun at another motorist.
A La Salle County grand jury indicted 33-year-old Shawn O’Donnell on one count of reckless discharge of a firearm, a Class 4 felony carrying 1-3 years in prison. He also was charged with DUI in connection with the same incident.
He was charged after investigation into a report of a discharge Sept. 20 at a rural intersection north of Marseilles.
He is out of custody, having posted bond, and will appear Oct. 15 before La Salle County Circuit Judge Cynthia M. Raccuglia.
Also indicted Tuesday were: Antoinett Tyler, 33, of La Salle (aggravated battery); Kelly Adell, 41, of Joliet (two counts of aggravated DUI); Andrew Konczak, 45, of Oglesby (two counts of aggravated DUI; driving while revoked); Luis Salinas, 22, of Somonauk (two counts of child pornography); Frank Crew, 49, of La Salle (aggravated DUI); Brittany Tidaback, 30, of Spring Valley (two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance; unlawful possession of a controlled substance); Shawn Holder, 34, of La Salle (two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance); Joshua McKinley, 30, of La Salle (two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance).
