La Salle County grand jury returns indictments

A La Salle County grand jury convened Tuesday and returned the following indictments: Paul Coleman, 57, of Ottawa (unlawful possession of a controlled substance); Teon Richardson, 23, of Chicago (unlawful possession of a controlled substance); Arsenio Harden, 32, of Chicago (three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance); Tomas Alvarez Vieyray, 44, of Aurora (unlawful possession of methamphetamine); Shamario Brown, 23, of Plano (aggravated fleeing and eluding; four counts of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon); Carl Arthur, 44, of Kankakee (unlawful possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver); William Wright, 26, of Ottawa (retail theft); Angelina Rodriguez, 3, of Ottawa (two counts of aggravated battery); David Querciagrossa, 60, of Ottawa (aggravated DUI; driving while revoked); Melvin Smith, 31, of Ottawa (two counts of aggravated DUI); Andrew Wysocki, 24, of 1120 Canal St., Ottawa (unlawful possession of a controlled substance); Lexy Arevalo, 22, of Streator (two counts of aggravated battery); Geronimo Flores, 32, of Streator (driving while revoked); Adam Snyder, 30, of Streator (two counts of aggravated DUI); Brandon Leslie, 32, of Streator (burglary); Clarence Merritte, 37, of Chicago (driving while revoked).
