Two La Salle County men were indicted Tuesday for alleged indecent acts conducted in public places.
A La Salle County grand jury convened Tuesday and indicted 55-year-old Michael Thomas, of La Salle, and 45-year-old Cameron Otto, of Marseilles, for separate instances at parks.
Thomas faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted of indecent solicitation of a child and sexual exploitation of a child for alleged lewd conduct toward minors June 2 at a La Salle city park.
Otto faces up to 3 years if convicted of public indecency after an Ottawa city employee reported similar conduct May 27 at Fox River Park in Ottawa.
The grand jury also indicted a Mendota man on charges disseminated sexually explicit photographs and videos without the victim’s consent.
Matthew R. Spayer, 22, faces up to 3 years in prison if convicted of non-consensual dissemination of a sexual image; criminal sexual abuse.
Also indicted Tuesday were: Brandon Mires, 41, of Marseilles (unlawful possession of a controlled substance); Lloyd Priebe, 18, of Earlville (two counts of aggravated battery); James Newell, 23, of Peru (driving while revoked); Joshua Bevans, 41, of Paw Paw (driving while suspended); Jiroe Logan, 24, of Peoria (two counts of aggravated DUI); Miranda Persinger, 28, of Ottawa (unlawful possession of a controlled substance; unlawful delivery of a controlled substance); Thomas Cass, 29, of La Salle (unlawful delivery of a controlled substance); Jshree Lowery, 26, of Chicago (unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver); Johnathon Walkey, 32, of Streator (three counts of criminal damage to property); Robert Coats, 50, of Bettendorf, Iowa (driving while revoked); Casey Daugherty, 35, of Marseilles (unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon; driving while revoked); Raymond Gonzales, 44, of Colorado City, Texas (unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon; unlawful possession of methamphetamine); Lissette Pineda, 29, of Arlington Heights (two counts of aggravated DUI); Jordan Stalter, 28, of Peru (unlawful possession of a controlled substance); Mauricio Carreon, 20, of Spring Valley (aggravated battery); Jody Grahovac, 47, of Spring Valley (driving while suspended); Rayanne Curry, 24, of Yorkville (unlawful possession of a controlled substance); Robert Edlebeck, 30, of Paw Paw (unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle); Jacob Kirby, 35, homeless (two counts of aggravated battery); Patrick Richardson, 58, of Ottawa (unlawful possession of a controlled substance).
