La Salle County Health Department reminds those who have signed up for vaccine to check emails

If you have a ticket, instructions also found on health department’s social media pages

If you signed up for a COVID-19 vaccine with the La Salle County Health Department, check your emails.

“Day of clinic instructions” were emailed either Monday afternoon or evening.

For those who have a ticket for Tuesday, Feb. 23, clinic, the “Day of clinic instructions” have been emailed to you. Make sure to check spam and junk folders in case the email does not get sent to your inbox. You must have an appointment to get vaccinated. No walk-ins are allowed.

For parking and entrance:

• Go to Illinois Valley Community College, 815 North Orlando Smith Road, Oglesby

• Park in Parking Lot 7.

• Enter the clinic through the door off of Parking Lot 7.

• Arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Entry to the building is based on appointment time. If you arrive earlier, the health department asks that you remain in your car until your appointment time.

• You have an appointment time and will receive your vaccination. Appointments are scheduled for your safety and to maintain social distancing.
