Livingston County coronavirus update: 64 new cases

198 cases remain active countywide

Sixty-four Livingston County residents tested positive for COVID-19.

As of Tuesday, the Livingston County Health Department has received 56,343 COVID-19 test results. Of those, 3,653 COVID-19 tests have been positive, 3,392 individuals have been removed from isolation, 198 cases remain active, and 63 people have died from complications related to COVID-19.

Drive-thru COVID-19 testing is available weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to noon in the parking lot of OSF St. James – John W. Albrecht Medical Center, located along Route 116 just west of Interstate 55. All testing is free. Insurance is not required to be tested; however, if you have insurance, bring your card to your testing appointment. Persons with an appointment will receive priority service as daily testing capacity is limited. To schedule an appointment, go to www.lchd.us.

  • Streator, which is mostly in La Salle County, has had 1,580 cases.
  • Pontiac has had 1,380 cases.
  • Fairbury has had 499 cases.
  • Dwight has had 444 cases.
  • Flanagan has had 177 cases.
  • Forrest has had 168 cases.
  • Odell has had 132 cases.
  • Chatsworth has had 106 cases.
  • Cornell has had 91 cases.
  • Cullom has had 61 cases.
  • Long Point has had 40 cases.
  • Saunemin has had 40 cases.
  • Graymont has had 33 cases.
  • Emington has had 29 cases.
  • Campus has had 27 cases.
  • Ancona has had 21 cases.
  • Blackstone has had 21 cases.
