The Spartans moved to 2-0 with a win over St. Ignatius at the Brenda Whitesell Thanksgiving Tournament. Katie Anne De Craene scored 14 points, Dolly Smith 12, and Katherine Lilly 10 – all of them with two 3-pointers each. Lauren Bruce and Natalie Doyle combined for 15 points also.

The Spartans advance to the championship of the Hinsdale Central bracket where they will face off against Sandburg.

Downers Grove North 51, Maine West 15

Kate Gross was 5-for-6 from the 3-point line for a game-high 21 points, Eleanor Harris added 11 and Ryann Wendt added six for the Trojans.

Glenbard West 70. Glenbard South 32

Kennedy Brandt scored 23 points, Sophia Brown 15 and Julia Benjamin 14 for the Hilltoppers, who picked up their first win of the season.

Lyons 78, Lane Tech 11

Olivia Mezan scored 17 points, Brigid Dunne 12 and Izzy Lee 11 for the Lions (2-0).

Nazareth 43, Neuqua Valley 11

Gracie Carstensen scored a game-high 17 points to pace the Roadrunners (2-0) at the Brenda Whitesell Thanksgiving Tournament. Amalia Dray added seven points, Danielle Scully six points and 10 rebounds and Caroline Workman five points and seven rebounds.

Benet 65, Bartlett 23

Lenee Beaumont scored 15 points and Morgan Demos 13 for the Redwings (3-0) at the Naperville Central Tip-Off Tourney.

Montini 58, Lockport 38

Victoria Matulevicius scored 21 points and Sawyer White scored 12 for the Lady Broncos at the Willowbrook Tournament.

Willowbrook 70, Plainfield East 54

Sophie Sullivan scored 22 points and Hannah Kenny added 18 for the Warriors at the Willowbrook Tournament.

Wheaton Warrenville South 45, Yorkville 40

Lily Huntzinger had 21 points, five rebounds and three assists for the Tigers at the Schaumburg Tournament. Emily Troi added eight points and Meghan Economos seven rebounds for WW South.

Sandburg 41, Hinsdale Central 37

Tessa Howe scored 14 points, Eleanor Monyek 12 and Lanie Randle eight for the Red Devils.

Glenbard North 35, Glenbard East 28

Catey Carney scored 14 points and Robin Lenoir added six for the Rams.
