Grundy County releases indictments

12 individuals charged with felonies

MORRIS – Several individuals were indicted by a Grundy County grand jury Wednesday. The public is advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proved guilty.

Michael Chalifoux, 37, of Minooka was indicted on five counts of possessing child pornography, all class two felonies.

Dale Cornwell, 45, of Newton was indicted for Aggravated Fleeing and Eluding Police, a class four felony.

Charles Donahue, 41, of Lockport was indicted for driving while license suspended and unlawful possession of less than five grams, both class three felonies and on two counts for the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, both class four felonies.

Mallorie Garcia, 23, of Commerce City, Colorado on three counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, all class four felonies.

Marc Henderson, 61, of Coal City was indicted on four counts of Aggravated DUI, all class two felonies.

Amber Kiswani, 19, of Wilmington was indicted for the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a class four felony.

Alexandra Latham, 30, of Algonquin was indicted for the unlawful possession of less than five grams of meth, a class three felony.

Emily Mason, 29, of Columbus, Ohio was indicted for forgery, a class three felony.

Kevin Prikler, 34, of New Lenox was indicted for driving while license revoked, a class four felony.

Jimmie Rush, 50, of Joliet was indicted for driving while license suspended, a class four felony.

Zhenya Skuranok, 29, of Morris was indicted for the unlawful possession of cocaine, a class four felony.

David Swore, 37, of Morris was indicted for the unlawful possession of cocaine, a class four felony.
