Grundy County releases indictments

8 individuals indicted on felony charges

MORRIS – The Grundy County Circuit Clerk’s Office has released the following felony grand jury indictments. The public is advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proved guilty.

Darvel Alexander, 36, of Crest Hill was indicted for the unlawful possession of cocaine, a Class 4 felony.

Brett Chilo, 55, of South Elgin was indicted for aggravated DUI, a Class 2 felony, and aggravated DUI and two counts of driving while license revoked, all Class 4 felonies.

Tania Dorsey, 34, of Dwight was indicted on two counts of aggravated DUI, both Class 4 felonies.

Stephen Glynn, 54, of Diamond was indicted for driving while license revoked, a Class 4 felony.

Jessica Gonzalez, 28, of Coal City was indicted for driving while license suspended, a Class 4 felony.

Connie Grogg, 29, of Naplate was indicted for the unlawful possession of fentanyl, a Class 4 felony.

Todd Matichak, 52, of Elwood was indicted for traveling to meet a child, a Class 3 felony.

Richard Rolnik Jr., 25, of Channahon was indicted for the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a Class 4 felony.
