Four people were indicted by a Grundy County grand jury this week. The public is advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Joseph Serena, 59, of Shorewood was indicted for theft between $10,000 and $100,000, a Class 2 felony.
Christopher Shanley, 27, of Morris was indicted on two counts of aggravated DUI and driving with a suspended license, both Class 4 felonies.
Shiquita Washington, 27, of Chicago was indicted for forgery, a Class 3 felony.
Houston Weathersby IV, 43, of Wilmington was indicted for aggravated battery to a nurse, a Class 3 felony.
