DeKalb, Genoa and Kirkland chamber of commerce board members, ambassadors and staff recently held a ribbon-cutting to welcome Kapper Adult Day Service, a Fox Valley Community Service program, to the community. Kapper provides social, physical and mental stimulation in a family-oriented setting with meals and activities provided during the day.
