Think you know CLC? There’s more to explore during virtual open house

Virtual exhibition hall to be open from April 24 through April 30

GRAYSLAKE – Community members are invited to attend College of Lake County’s virtual open house April 24-30.

Discover more than 170 degrees and certificates offered in CLC’s nine fields of interest – all at your leisure from the comfort of your home.

Settle in with a computer, tablet or mobile device and engage with CLC in the virtual exhibition hall. It’s packed with booths featuring information, on-demand videos and webinars about academics, certificates and career programs.

Attendees will be entered to win a scholarship to CLC.

“This is a great opportunity if you’re interested in taking classes at CLC, but don’t know where to start,” Assistant Director of Outreach and On-Campus Experiences Jason Sarna said in a news release. “The college recently organized its academic departments into fields of interest so it’s easier for you to picture yourself at the finish line, ready to take the next step into a job or transfer degree.”

Attendees can learn about CLC’s new online options, dual credit programs, noncredit credentials, academic and student support services, financing one’s education and scholarships and student life opportunities. Faculty, staff and students will be available to chat live, answer questions and provide advice.
