Oswego police took a report of several vegetables being stolen between Aug. 31 and Sept. 2 in the 800 block of Preston Lane. The vegetables were valued at $163, officers were told.

Catalytic convert stolen

Oswego police took a report at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 6 of a catalytic converter being removed from a motor vehicle at a residence in the 2100 block of Route 25. Police said the loss was estimated at $500 and they are investigating.

Juvenile arrested at OHS

Oswego police arrested a juvenile at 12:30 p.m. Sept. 3 at Oswego High School on charges of possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hit-and-run crash reported

Oswego police took a report of a hit-and-run crash that occurred at 3 p.m. Sept. 3 at Oswego High School. Police said the crash is under investigation.

Motorist ticketed in crash

Oswego police ticketed Jesus E. Cuevas Briceno, 19, of the 600 block of Pine Ridge Drive North, Oswego, with driving without a valid driver’s license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after the vehicle he was driving was involved in a crash at 7:02 a.m. Sept. 2 on Wolf’s Crossing Road at Fifth Street.

Criminal sexual assault reported

Oswego police took a report of criminal sexual assault that they were told occurred at 3 p.m. Aug. 31 in the Fox Chase subdivision off Mill Road at Route 31. Police said they are investigating.

Unlawful use of credit card reported

Oswego police took a report of the unlawful use of a credit card at 7:07 p.m. Aug. 31 in the 400 block of Arboretum Way.

Warrant arrest

Oswego police arrested a juvenile on an outstanding warrant at 11:44 a.m. Aug. 31 in the 700 block of Oxbow Avenue.

Criminal damage to property

Oswego police took a report of criminal damage to government supported property at 11:05 a.m. Aug. 31 on Grape Vine Trail near Tuscany Trail. Police said damage was estimated at $250.

Fraudulent use of credit card reported

Oswego police took a report involving the fraudulent use of a credit card at 9:52 a.m. Aug. 31 at a paint store in the 2200 block of Orchard Road.
