Improper lane use

Plano police cited Joyce Lucas, 55, of the 8300 block of South Baltimore Avenue, Chicago, for improper lane use after conducting a traffic stop at 9:28 p.m. July 14 in the area of Mitchell Drive and Edward Street. Lucas also was charged with driving while license suspended. She was released at the scene with a date to appear in Kendall County Court.

Improper use of registration

Plano police arrested Michael Gabriel II, 19, of the 1500 block of Maximillian Drive, Wesley Chapel, Florida., on charges of improper use of registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle after conducting a traffic stop at 1:54 a.m. July 15 in the 800 block of West Route 34. Gabriel was released at the scene with a date to appear in Kendall County Court.

Suspended registration

Plano police cited Esperanza Romero, 28, of the 700 block of Deames Street, Plano, for driving while registration suspended after conducting a traffic stop at 7:05 p.m. July 15 in the area of Eldamain and Faxon roads. Romero was given a date to appear in Kendall County Court.

No valid license

Plano police cited Arturo Nunez-Garcia, 44, of the 800 block of Sweetbriar Place, Plano, for driving without a valid license and driving without insurance after conducting a traffic stop at 8:31 p.m. July 15 in the area of Little Rock Road and Center Street. Nunez-Garcia was given a date to appear in Kendall County Court.

No valid license

Plano police cited Bianca Rocha, 30, of the 3900 block of Kristen Court, Plano, for driving while registration expired after conducting a traffic stop at 7:33 p.m. July 15 in the area of East South and South Center streets. Rocha also was charged with driving without a valid license. She was released with a date to appear in Kendall County Court.

Warrant arrest

Plano police arrested Adrian Medina, 28, of the 500 block of South Ben Street, Plano, on two failure-to-appear warrants in his name from Kendall County for traffic offenses after making contact with Medina at 10:38 p.m. July 15 in the 500 block of South Ben Street. Medina was transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville to await a bond call.
