Montgomery police arrested Cristina Garcia, 32, of the 200 block of Jefferson Street, Aurora, at 3:05 p.m. April 8 at a store in the 1100 block of Ogden Avenue on charge of retail theft. Police said Garcia was released pending a court appearance.
