Identity theft

A Kendall County sheriff’s deputy investigated a report of identity theft in the 2500 block of Rock Creek Road in Little Rock Township at about 1:55 p.m. Jan. 12. An investigation is ongoing.

Driving while license suspended

Sheriff’s deputies cited Natalie L. Nufer, 20, of Plano for driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and disobeying a stop sign. Deputies cited Nufer while responding to a single-vehicle property damage only crash in the area of Crimmin Road and Fox River Drive in Fox Township at about 4:27 p.m. Jan. 12.

Intimidation

Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of intimidation in the 11000 block of Faxon Road in Bristol Township at 9:24 p.m. Jan. 12. An investigation is ongoing.

Domestic battery

Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jimmy Gonzales, 25, of the 0 to 99 block of Rocky Way in Boulder Hill, on a charge of domestic battery. Deputies apprehended Gonzales while responding to his address for a report of domestic battery at 2:53 a.m. Jan 13. Deputies transported him to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville for processing.

Possession of cannabis

Sheriff’s deputies cited Tyler Machek, 23, of the 700 block of Overlook Court in Minooka, for possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis and speeding 74 mph in a 55 mph zone. Deputies had stopped Machek’s vehicle for speeding on Ridge Road at Wheeler Road in Na-Au-Say Township at 9:31 a.m. Jan. 13. Machek was released at the scene on his own recognizance.

Theft

Deputies responded to reports of theft at the 1200 block of Deer Street in Kendall Township in 1:38 p.m. Jan. 13. An investigation is ongoing.

Deputies responded to reports of theft in the 0 to 99 block of Woodland Drive in Bristol Township at 4:03 p.m. Jan. 13. An investigation is underway.

Burglary to a motor vehicle

Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of a burglary to a motor vehicle in the 100 block of Circle Drive East in Boulder Hill at 8:43 a.m. Jan. 14. An investigation is underway.

Identity theft

Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of identity theft in the 200 block of North Springfield Street in Lisbon at 1:45 p.m. Jan. 14. An investigation remains ongoing.

Driving with a suspended license

Sheriff’s deputies cited Jose L. Gallegos, 20, of the 1400 to 1500 block of Light Road in Oswego Township, for driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured vehicle and speeding. Deputies stopped Gallegos’ vehicle at Circle Drive East and Boulder Hill Pass in Boulder Hill at 7:42 p.m. Jan 14. Gallegos was issued a recognizance bond and released on the scene.

Hit-and-run

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a vehicle hit and run at the 200 block of Route 31 in Oswego Township at 7:08 a.m. on Jan. 15. The victim reported someone hitting their parked vehicle overnight. The incident is under investigation.

Identity theft

Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of identity theft in the 6000 block of Polo Club Drive in Kendall Township at 8:58 a.m. Jan. 15.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of identity theft in the 1100 block of Prairie Crossing Drive at 9:07 a.m. Jan. 15. The incident is under investigation.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of identity theft in the 0 to 99 block of Ronhill Road in Kendall Township at 8:59 a.m. Jan. 15. An investigation is underway.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of identity theft in the 0 to 99 block of E. Lyncliff Drive in Bristol Township at 5:14 p.m. Jan. 15. An investigation is ongoing.

In-state warrant

Sheriff’s deputies arrested Brandon Pyle, 35, of the 3100 block of Roth Road in Oswego, on an in-state warrant out of Aurora for failure-to-appear warrant on a charge of driving under the influence, with a bond of $5,000. Deputies apprehended Pyle while responding to an incident at his address at 7:57 p.m. Jan. 16. Pyle was released on a personal recognizance and issued a court date.

In-state warrant

Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kevin Gwilt, 29, of the 3000 block of E. 10th Road in Utica, on a Kendall County on a failure-to-appear warrant for a body write warrant, with a bond of $1,000. Deputies made contact with Gwilt at the 300 block of E. Route 71 in Big Grove Township at 10:19 p.m. Jan. 16. Deputies transported Gwilt to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

Criminal property damage

Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of criminal property damage at the 0 to 99 block of Riverwood Drive in Bristol Township at 1:29 a.m. Jan. 17. An investigation is ongoing.

Criminal trespass to property

Sheriff’s deputies arrested Justin Montalto, 23, of the 23000 block of McMullin Circle in Plainfield, on a charge of criminal property trespass. Deputies responded to reports of trespass and a subject on foot at the 120 block of Riverwood Drive in Bristol Township at 12:57 a.m. Jan. 17. Deputies transported Montalto to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of criminal trespass to a residence at the 0 to 99 block of Oaklawn Avenue in Bristol Township at 2:11 a.m. Jan. 17. An investigation is underway.

Domestic battery

Sheriff’s deputies arrested Normann Black, 67, of the 0 to 99 block of Pletcher Drive in Lisbon Township, on a charge of domestic battery. Deputies apprehended Black while responding to his address for reports of domestic battery at 6:26 p.m. Jan. 17. Deputies transported Black to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

Harassment by electronic communication

Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of harassment by electronic communication in the 0 to 99 block of HIghland Drive in Bristol Township at 1:14 p.m. Jan. 18. An investigation is underway.

Domestic battery

Sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of domestic battery in the 0 to 99 block of N. Cherry Drive in Oswego Township at 5:24 p.m. on Jan. 18. An investigation is ongoing.

Traffic crash with Injury

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a traffic crash with injuries at Route 31 and West Anchor Drive at 6:50 p.m. Jan. 18. Oswego EMS transported Javier Quintanilla, 43, of the 1600 block of Light Road in Oswego, to Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora for injuries that were not life-threatening.
