Criminal trespass
Yorkville police arrested Nina Bianco, 18, of the 1200 block of McDole Drive, Sugar Grove; Daniel Dichiarro, 18, of the 500 block of Holbrook Avenue, Elburn, and a juvenile on charges of criminal trespass to property after an investigation into a video posted to social media that showed individuals illegally on the property of a local business at 8 p.m. Dec. 18 in the 4000 block of North Bridge Street. The subjects were charged at the request of the business and taken into custody. The juvenile was referred to the juvenile court.
Identity theft
Yorkville police took a report of identity theft, where the victim’s information was used to file a false claim of unemployment at 6:44 p.m. Jan. 9 in the 800 block of Morgan Street.
