Suspect arrested on felony license violation charge

Montgomery police arrested Michael L. Moss, 64, of the 1200 block of Liberty Street, Aurora, at 2:21 a.m. Jan. 4 after stopping the vehicle he was driving in the area of Orchard Road and Rochester Drive. Police said Moss was charged with felony driving while license suspended. In addition, he was cited for driving without insurance and improper display of registration. Police said the suspect was transported to the village police station pending a bond call.

Warrant arrest made

Montgomery police arrested Conrad Oliveros, 49, of the 2200 block of Lynn Drive, Montgomery, at 3:55 p.m. Jan. 3 at his residence on a Kendall County warrant for felony disorderly conduct for an incident that occurred in the village last September. Police said the suspect was transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville pending court proceedings.

Arrested in domestic incident

Montgomery police arrested Sean E. Brockunier, 31, of the 1300 block of Douglas Road, Montgomery, at 3:25 p.m. Jan. 1 at his residence on charges of misdemeanor domestic battery, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct and violation of a bail bond. Police said officers were told the suspect was involved in an altercation with another member of the household. The suspect was also out on bail for a prior domestic-related arrest, according to police. The suspect was transported to the Kane County Jail in St. Charles pending court proceedings.

Arrested on domestic battery charge

Montgomery police arrested Ray Trevnio, no age given, of the 0-100 block of Mill Street, Montgomery, at 9:40 a.m. Jan. 2 at his residence on a charge of domestic battery. Police said officers were told the suspect was involved in a physical altercation with another member of his household. The suspect was transported to the Kane County Jail in St. Charles pending court proceedings.
