LEGO® trains will delight and entertain at Oswego’s Little White School Museum April 10-11

For years, toy trains have been favorites of kids of all ages. So kids, young and old alike, are encouraged to make reservations to visit the Little White School Museum, 72 Polk Street, Oswego in April to enjoy some serious (and free) toy train entertainment.

If toy trains have delighted and entertained for decades, so have LEGO products. The two will combine at the museum on Saturday and Sunday, April 10-11 with “LEGO Trains in Action.” From noon to 4 p.m. both days, visitors will enjoy Joe Ellenbecker’s fascinating and exciting display complete with LEGO-based trains, buildings, vehicles, and people. See if you can spot any familiar Oswego buildings on his LEGO layout.

There is no charge to visit the exhibit.

An individual reservation is required for each visitor by calling 630-554-4494 or visiting the museum website, littlewhiteschoolmuseum.org, and clicking on “Special Exhibit – April 10 & 11” in the right sidebar. All children must be accompanied by an adult and visits will be limited to 20 minutes. The Oswegoland Park District expects all visitors to wear face masks and practice social distancing.

Visitors should plan to enter through the museum’s main entrance at 72 Polk Street.

All ages welcome to this free, family-friendly event, hosted by the Oswegoland Heritage Association in partnership with the Oswegoland Park District. Email cheidrich@littlewhiteschoolmuseum or phone 630-554-4494 for more information.
