• A car was reported damaged March 20 while parked at Batavia Apartments, 1259 E. Wilson St., Batavia. The rear passenger side window was broken and pulled out, the front passenger side duct work, wiring and fuses under the dash were pulled out.

• Stevi L. Valois, 29, of the 500 block of Greenwood Court, Westmont, was charged March 21 with two counts of domestic battery and resisting a police officer.

•A resident of the 400-800 block of South Batavia Avenue reported March 21 that a key lock safe worth $20, pill bottles, two rings worth $200 and $250 in cash were stolen.

• Blue graffiti was reported March 20 on a city electrical box on Western Avenue.

• Aldi, 451 N. Randall Road Batavia, reported March 17 that a shopper attempted to pay for a purchase with a counterfeit $100 bill. The store did not accept the bill.

• Herbert F. Montani, 33, of the 100 block of South Batavia Avenue, Batavia, was arrested March 17 on a DuPage County warrant for failure to appear in court on traffic charges.

•A catalytic converter was reported stolen March 17 from Berkeley Finer Foods, 28 S. Van Buren St., Batavia.

• Deshaun E. Morre Binion Jr., 23, homeless, was arrested March 17 on a Batavia warrant on charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

• Amber M. Boyd, 39, of the 100 block of North Batavia Avenue, Batavia, was charged March 18 with driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08%, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and having unsafe equipment.

• Property damage to a vehicle was reported March 18 at Funway Amusements, 1335 S. River St., Batavia where a bottle of liquor was thrown at a windshield, shattering it.

• Cody R. Stankowicz, 20, of the 500 block of Douglas Road, Batavia, was charged March 6 with two counts of misdemeanor domestic battery.

• Kyle P. Tully, 28, of the 200 block S. Fordham Avenue, Aurora, was charged March 6 with speeding more than 35 miles an hour over the speed limit. Shortly before 10 p.m., police clocked Tully’s 2017 blue Jeep Grand Cherokee traveling 100 miles an hour in a 50 mile an hour zone on South Randall Road north of Orchard Road. Tully was also ticketed for an expired registration, records show.

• A backpack, Chromebook, calculator, purse and wallet valued at $360 were reported stolen March 22 from a car parked at XSport Fitness, 81 N. Randall Road, Batavia.

• Christopher A. Scionti, 41, of the 1500 block of West State Street, Sycamore, was arrested March 23 on a Batavia warrant on theft charges.
