• Sharon C. Hines, 52, of the 41W800 block of Bowgren Drive, Elburn was charged Dec. 8 with speeding 26 to 34 miles an hour over the speed limit. According to the report, his radar unit registered that she was traveling 84 miles an hour in the area of Randall and Bolcum roads with a 50-mile-an-hour speed limit.
