Kane County Sheriff’s reports for: Nov. 28-Dec. 8

• Daniel M. Garcia, 41, of the 1700 block of North 48th Road, Chicago, was charged Dec. 7 with violating an order of protection after a court hearing while at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles Township. Garcia allegedly walked into the courtroom and called the protected person names, though he was to have no direct contact with the person, reports stated.

• Jeremy L. Bryant, 23, of the 1100 block of Fairwood Drive, Elgin, was charged Dec. 6 with domestic battery and arrested on a DuPage County warrant for failure to appear in court on a traffic charge. Deputies were called to a house in the 6N000 block of Woodview Lane, St. Charles Township shortly before 1:30 a.m. in response to a domestic situation, resulting in Bryant’s arrest, according to reports.

• A delivery package containing an electronic running device costing $232 was reported stolen Nov. 28 from a front porch in the 0N500 block of Ford Drive, Blackberry Township.

• Copper wire and parts valued at $5,000 was reported stolen Dec. 8 from a T-Mobile cell phone tower at Randall Road and Clesen Drive in St. Charles Township.
