Kane County Sheriff’s reports for: June 28-July 13

These are the latest Kane County Sheriff’s reports:

• Cutberto O. Cruz-Lopez, 39, of the 300 block of North Sixth Street, DeKalb, was charged July 13 with driving under the influence, transportation of alcohol in a motor vehicle and improper lane use. Deputies were called to Bunker and Hughes roads shortly after 6 p.m. for a report of a white Ford Econoline van driving all over the road, the report stated. Deputies followed the van – driven by Cruz-Lopez – when it turned to go east on Main Street Road near Batavia and observed it veer over the center line, the report stated.

• Cole T. Medina, 25, of the 300 block of Hickory Street, North Aurora, was charged June 23 with driving under the influence and driving in the wrong lane.

• Sydney McCulough, 33, of the 1300 block of Saddlebrook Road, Bartlett, was charged June 28 with two counts of domestic battery. Deputies were called to the 38W500 block Barb Hill Drive, St. Charles Township where the victim told them McCulough had grabbed her and pushed her against the wall, the report stated.

• Karlon A. Hudson, 51, of the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass, Montgomery, was charged June 30 with felony possession of a controlled substance after deputies found Hudson asleep in a Chevrolet Tahoe at the Rodeway Inn, 201 Smoke Tree Lane while doing a premises check.
