Geneva police reports for: April 15-17

These are the latest Geneva police reports:

• Clinton R. Underwood, 52, of the 17000 block of Sean Drive, Orland Park, was charged April 17 with two counts of misdemeanor domestic battery. According to reports, the battery occurred at 11:15 p.m. in the 0-99 block of South Third Street. Underwood allegedly shoved the victim, causing her to fall backwards and sustained abrasions that were bleeding, the report stated.

• Matthew R. Bozyk, 33, of the 800 block of Valley Lane, Geneva, was charged April 25 with two counts of misdemeanor domestic battery and one count of interference with the reporting of domestic violence. Bozyk allegedly spit a full mouth of beer into the victim’s face and grabbed her cell phone out of her hand and threw it across the room, the report stated. Bozyk left and when he returned and discovered all of his beer had been poured out, he allegedly grabbed the victim by her arms and wrists, threw her around the room and smashed pizza into her face and eyes, the report stated.

• Jose Hernandez Flores, 22, of the 100 block of Robinson Street, Genoa, was charged April 15 with driving under the influence and improper parking or standing on the roadway.

• Marnee R. Stacy, 45, of the 600 block of North College Street, Batavia, was charged April 16 with driving under the influence.

• Michael L. Upton, 28, of the 1700 block of Cumberland Green Drive, St. Charles, was charged April 17 with driving under the influence, driving without insurance, driving with an expired registration and disobeying a traffic signal. Court records show Upton was charged previously in Kane County with DUI and driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08% on Nov. 29, 2016. He pleaded guilty to DUI on Feb. 23, 2017 and the second charge was not prosecuted. Upton received 18 months of supervision, alcohol treatment, paid a fine and performed community service, court records show.
