Hit and run

Hugo C. Bravo, 33, of the 400 block of Norton Avenue, Glendale Heights, was charged at 10:08 a.m. April 15 with hit and run/failure to give information.

Illegal transportation of alcohol

Juan Manual Morales, 25, of the 500 block of Sunset Drive, Elgin, was charged at 9:32 p.m. April 14 with illegal transportation of alcohol by a driver, speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Violating an order of protection

• Vincent Anthony Falcone, 50, of the 100 block of South Pick Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at 6:54 a.m. April 14 violating an order of protection.

• James Ronald Neff, 49, of the 500 block of Homeview Drive, Oswego, was charged at 9:05 p.m. April 12 with violating an order of protection.

Theft by deception

Danny S. Jewa, 51, of the 3500 block of West Cortland Street, Chicago, was charged at 7:10 a.m. April 13 with theft by deception.

Stalking

Melvin Jamar Bunn, 32, of the 800 block of Pheasant Trail, St. Charles, was charged at 7:54 p.m. April 9 with stalking, disorderly conduct, unlawful use of weapons and criminal damage to property.

Criminal damage to property

Zachary Levi Hall, 35, of the zero to 100 block of Hunt Club Drive, St. Charles, was charged at 4:08 a.m. April 12 with criminal damage to property.

DUI

Sergio Rivera, 30, of the 1400 block of Foxmoor Lane, Elgin, was charged at 5:18 a.m. April 10 with driving under the influence of alcohol, parking where prohibited and improper lane use.

Battery

Matthew Richard Glamkowski, 38, of the 200 block of Pleasant Plains Drive, St. Charles, was charged at 11:34 p.m. April 10 with battery.
