St. Charles

DUI

• Rojelio Mendoza, 29, of the 200 block of West Irving Park Road, Wood Dale, was charged at 9:06 p.m. March 27 with driving under the influence of alcohol, endangering the life or health of a child, not securing a child under eight with a seat belt and make an unsafe lane change.

• William Robert Allred, 41, of the 100 block of Briar Lane, Geneva, was charged at 1:41 a.m. March 7 with driving under the influence of alcohol and disobeying a traffic control device.

• Timothy Kevin Currie, 53, of the 100 block of East Mallory Drive, Geneva, was charged at 1:23 a.m. March 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Criminal damage to property

Luis Enrique Acosta, 25, of the 200 block of Grand Ridge Road, St. Charles, was charged at 10:20 p.m. March 28 with criminal damage to property.

Reckless driving

Mason Nicolas Lucas, 18, of the zero to 100 block of Whittington Course, St. Charles, was charged at 2:53 p.m. March 13 with reckless driving and failing to report an accident.

Battery

Jacob Steven Wagner, 21, of the 100 block of North 3rd Avenue, St. Charles, was charged at 6:09 a.m. March 21 with domestic battery.
