Geneva police reports for Dec. 16

These are the latest Geneva police reports:

• Luke H. Smith, 18, of the 2300 block of Clover Lane, Geneva, was charged Dec. 16 with driving under the influence of drugs and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Police were called to the 300 block of South Randall Road at 7:20 p.m. regarding an accident and the offending car, a 1997 black Honda CRV, continued north past Williamsburg Avenue, the report stated. Police caught the vehicle traveling south on Randall Road, waiting to turn east onto Bricher Road at the stop light, and charged the driver.
