Good Clean Fun band to play outdoor concert at RiverPark in Geneva

The rained out Good Clean Fun Band concert has been rescheduled for 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 8, at RiverPark on the west bank of the Fox River near the downtown dam in Geneva.

The performance is presented by the Geneva Cultural Arts Commission, and will cap its free summer series of concerts and Shakespeare in the Park.

The band, which recently opened for Peter Noone of Herman’s Hermits fame at the Arcada Theatre in St. Charles, performs a playlist of party hits spanning over seven decades. The group notes it features former and current members of national touring acts. It has shared the bill with such artists as Jay and The Americans and Chubby Checker, and has opened for Bill Medley of The Righteous Brothers and Tommy James & The Shondells.
